Zed is a modern, wood paneled two story space that reminds me of an ultra hip, over priced condo with 200 foot ceilings. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the food at Zed 451 is gorgeous but so is the restaurant itself. The sinful thing about it all is that this all you can eat brunch is soooo economically priced at $24.99! Our server was super sweet and very accommodating and attentive. The combination of cubed glazed ham, creamy cheese, and fluffy eggs together in one delicious bake is pure magic. Ham, egg, and cheese casserole is a brunch masterpiece that will make your mouth water with just one whiff. I could go on and on about the bacon, but I also enjoyed the tangy Buttermilk Herb Bottom Sirloin, the rich Duck Confit hash Brown potatoes and the ginormous Cinnamon Rolls!!! Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole. The bacon is crispy, crunchy, salty, sweet with a kick! Yum, yum, yum!

A caste iron skillet in placed on the table full of this delicious candy and I almost didn’t share any with my dining companions. What stood out to me at this brunch was the Maple Cajun Bacon! I mean bacon is pretty awesome all on its own, but MAPLE CAJUN BACON?! Come on now! This isn’t just any bacon, it is think cut bacon that is dusted with Zed’s own Maple Cajun seasoning and then cooked to perfection. What’s on the menu: Buffalo Chicken & Waffles, Panettone French Toast, Poached Egg with Corned Beef Hash, Buttermilk Herb Bottom Sirloin, Maple Bourbon Glazed Ham, Maple Cajun Bacon, Roasted Turkey Breast, Crab Cake Benedict, Tomato Basil Fritata, Duck Confit Hash Browns and Citrus Dusted Atlantic Salmon, massively huge cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. The unique experience that I would like to highlight is their brunch experience that I have enjoyed twice. I am not a sommelier just yet, but I have not sent a glass back yet.

They offer an awesome gourmet salad bar with an assortment of crusty breads, cheeses, sliced meats and salads. The unique feature of Zed 451 is that they serve entrees similarly the way meat is served at Brazilian steakhouses. In the month of January alone, I have been there 3 times.
